Never Ever
No prior skiing experience. Not comfortable on flats or hills. Unsure of stopping or ski techniques.

Beginner / Novice
Some skiing experience (Nordic or alpine). Comfortable on flats and gentle hills. Able to stop safely.

Intermediate
Several seasons of experience. Comfortable on varied terrain and moderate hills. Interested in improving efficiency and technique.

High‑Intermediate / Advanced
Many seasons of experience. Confident on blue and black trails. Focused on refining advanced classic or skate techniques.
