The goal of the PLAYSHOP program (Physical Literacy Workshop) is to expose you and your child to the Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) to develop a life long enjoyment of physical activity. Each week will focus on introducing a movement, catching, throwing, climbing and kicking, rolling. The goal is to build the confidence and motivation required to remain active for life. Parents/caregivers actively participate alongside their preschoolers, modeling behavior, and enjoying movement together. Fall Session Sept. 14 - Dec. 14, 2026 ( 13 weeks, no Oct. 12 session)
